The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of moneybuddha.com and any content, features, or functionality we make available through it, including any subdomains (the “Site”). The Site is provided by Green, LLC (“MoneyBuddha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may change these Terms from time to time, at any time without notice to you, by posting the revised version on the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to these Terms as they apply to your use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Proprietary rights
As between you and us, we own, solely and exclusively, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, including all content (such as audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video, text, software, and code), its look and feel, and the compilation of its content. This includes any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights. Using the Site does not transfer ownership of any content, code, data, or materials to you.
2. Limited license
You may view the content on the Site on your device and, unless these Terms or the Site say otherwise, make single copies or prints of content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless we indicate otherwise, your use of the Site and any services offered through it is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies in RAM as incidental to viewing the material;
- Your browser may cache files automatically for display performance;
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use;
- If we offer desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download one copy to your device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to any applicable end-user license agreement; and
- If the Site offers social-media features for certain content, you may use those features as they are provided.
You must not:
- Modify copies of any materials from the Site;
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text; or
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
You must not access or use any part of the Site, or any services or materials available through it, for commercial purposes.
3. Access to the Site and account security
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the Site, and any service or material we provide through it, in our sole discretion and without notice. We will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to parts of the Site — or the entire Site — to users, including registered users.
You are responsible for:
- Making the arrangements needed to access the Site;
- Ensuring that anyone who accesses the Site through your internet connection is aware of these Terms and complies with them; and
- Ensuring that any information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
Information you provide on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to the actions we take with your information consistent with that policy.
If you receive or choose a username, password, or any other security credential, treat it as confidential and do not share it. Your account is personal to you. You agree not to give another person access to the Site using your credentials, to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security, and to sign out at the end of each session. Be especially careful when using a public or shared computer. We may disable any credential at any time if, in our opinion, you have breached any provision of these Terms.
4. User contributions and prohibited conduct
User contributions
The Site may provide message boards, forums, personal profiles, or other interactive features that let users post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content (“User Contributions”). All User Contributions must comply with these Terms. Unless we expressly say otherwise, any User Contribution you post will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By providing a User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates, and our respective service providers, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and disclose your contribution to third parties for any purpose consistent with your account settings.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights in your User Contributions and can grant the license above; and
- All of your User Contributions comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for your User Contributions — including their legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We are not responsible or liable to anyone for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user.
Limitations on use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- For the purpose of exploiting or harming minors in any way;
- To send, receive, upload, or reuse material that does not comply with these Terms;
- To send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, junk mail, chain letters, spam, or similar solicitations;
- To impersonate us, any of our personnel, another user, or any other person or entity; or
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or that we determine may harm us or our users or expose us or them to liability.
Prohibited conduct
You further agree that you will not:
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity;
- Insert your own or a third party’s advertising or promotional content into our content or services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems through the Site;
- Engage in data scraping, harvesting of contact information, or any automated means of extracting data from the Site;
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden it, including through mass messages or denial-of-service attacks;
- Use the Site in violation of any intellectual property or other legal rights;
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material; or
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decrypt, or otherwise interfere with the Site or its contents.
5. Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site are ours or the property of their respective owners. They may not be used in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits the owner. Nothing on the Site should be read as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission (or that of the applicable owner).
6. User information
While using the Site, you may be asked to provide certain personal information (“User Information”). Our practices for collecting and using User Information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for the accuracy and content of your User Information.
7. Submitted materials
Unless we specifically request it, we do not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you. Any information, creative works, ideas, suggestions, concepts, designs, plans, or techniques that you submit or send to us (“Submitted Materials”) — for example through forums, comments, surveys, or email — will not be treated as confidential or secret, and may be used by us consistently with our Privacy Policy.
By sending Submitted Materials, you represent that they are original to you and that no other party has rights to them, and you grant us and our affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and incorporate them in other works, in any form or media, including for promotional and commercial purposes. We are not responsible for maintaining Submitted Materials and may delete them at any time.
8. Linking and social media features
You may link to our homepage or any sub-page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or suggest an association, endorsement, or approval by us that does not exist.
The Site may offer social-media features that let you:
- Link from your own or third-party websites to certain content on our Site;
- Send communications — such as emails — that include or link to our content; or
- Cause limited portions of our content to be displayed on your own or third-party sites.
You may use these features only as we provide them. You must not link from a website that you do not own, cause the Site (or any portion of it) to appear within a frame on another site, link to any page other than permitted pages, or otherwise take action inconsistent with these Terms. We may disable social-media features or any links at any time without notice.
9. Public forums
From time to time we may offer messaging, chat, bulletin boards, blogs, or other forums. You agree that you will not upload, post, or transmit any material that:
- Restricts or inhibits others from using the Site;
- Is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
- Would constitute or encourage conduct that would be a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;
- Violates or infringes the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, patent, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Contains a virus, spyware, or other harmful component;
- Contains embedded advertising, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; or
- Contains false or misleading indications of origin, endorsement, or fact.
You also agree not to impersonate any other person or entity and not to use forums to offer to buy or sell products or services.
10. Right to monitor and editorial control
We reserve the right — but have no obligation — to monitor or review any materials posted to the Site. We may disclose information as required to comply with any law, regulation, or government request, and we may edit, refuse to post, or remove any materials, in whole or in part, that we consider objectionable or in violation of these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We may also restrict your access to the forums or the Site without notice or liability if we believe you have breached these Terms.
11. Private or sensitive information in forums
Comments posted to forums may be stored, archived, and accessible in many places — both on the Site and elsewhere on the internet — and may remain accessible for a long time. Please be careful about the personal information you share about yourself or others, and avoid posting sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information.
12. Reliance on information posted
Information on the Site is provided for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information, and any reliance you place on it is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance on materials on the Site by you or any other visitor.
The Site may include content provided by third parties — including other users and third-party licensors. All statements or opinions in that content are solely those of the person or entity providing them and do not necessarily reflect our opinion. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of materials provided by third parties.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site, your submission or transmission of any content or materials through the Site, or your breach of these Terms or of the law. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
14. Geographic restrictions
The Site is operated from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. We provide the Site for use by persons located in the United States and its related territories. We make no claims that the Site or its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States and its related territories. If you access the Site from another location, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
15. Third-party websites
The Site may link to third-party websites, and third-party websites may link to the Site (“Linked Sites”). We have no responsibility for the information, content, products, services, advertising, or other materials available through Linked Sites, and links to them do not imply our endorsement or sponsorship. We cannot guarantee the standards of any Linked Site and are not responsible for their content. Any reliance on a Linked Site is at your own risk.
16. Copyright agent (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act containing:
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

17. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE — INCLUDING ALL SERVICES, FEATURES, CONTENT, FUNCTIONS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH IT — IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES REGARDING INFORMATION OR DATA ACCURACY, UPTIME OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE TIMELY, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION YOU OBTAIN FROM THE SITE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERE. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT, YOUR DEVICE ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING IT.
We try to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and current, and we reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time without notice. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement on the Site by anyone other than authorized personnel acting in an official capacity. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of any information, opinion, or advice on the Site, including financial information. Please consult appropriate professionals when making financial, health, or lifestyle decisions.
Nothing on the Site is investment advice. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser and do not recommend one product over another. Before buying or selling any security or investment, consult a qualified financial adviser to verify pricing and other information.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT — INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE — WILL GREEN, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS (THE “PROTECTED PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROTECTED PARTIES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO US FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
19. Photosensitive seizures
A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual patterns or flashing lights that can appear in online content. Even people with no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that could produce these photosensitive epileptic seizures. Symptoms can include lightheadedness, disorientation, momentary loss of awareness, eye or face twitching, altered vision, or shaking. If you experience any of these symptoms — or if you or your family has a history of seizures or epilepsy — stop using the Site and consult a doctor.
20. Applicable laws
We control and operate the Site from our offices in Puerto Rico. We do not represent that the materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users who access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. The parties to these Terms waive their respective rights to a trial by jury.
21. Termination
We may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or for any other reason, without notice or liability. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
22. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
23. Disputes, governing law, and arbitration
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without giving effect to any choice-of-law provision. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico located in San Juan, although we retain the right to bring a suit against you in your country of residence or in any other relevant country. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Arbitration
At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from or concerning these Terms or the Site — including disputes about their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination — to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association, applying the law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
24. Miscellaneous
Waiver and severability
No failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision. If a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction finds any provision invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green, LLC with respect to the Site, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings — written or oral — on the same subject.
