1. Purpose of this notice
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Green, LLC (“MoneyBuddha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit moneybuddha.com, use our email communications, or otherwise interact with services that display this notice (together, the “Services”). It also describes the choices you have about the collection and use of your information, how your information may be shared with our business partners and service providers, and the safeguards we maintain.
Please read this notice carefully. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time at our discretion. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you are familiar with our current practices. If you do not agree with our policies, you should stop using the Services.
Where the law requires, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. If you have given us an email address, you agree that we may notify you by email. Otherwise, you agree to check this page periodically and when the site indicates that the policy has been updated.
2. What this notice covers
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- On the Services;
- In email, text, and other electronic messages you exchange with us;
- When you interact with advertising or applications we place on third-party websites, if those materials link to this policy; and
- When you submit information to us while requesting a service.
It also applies to information we collect offline — in writing, orally (when recorded), or by any other means — including through other websites or applications that we operate and that link to this notice.
3. Use by children
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and are not intended to provide products or services to children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Services and do not provide any personal information to us. For the purposes of this policy, “children” has the meaning given in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@greenllc.net.
4. Information we collect
We collect several categories of information from and about users of the Services, including:
- Personal information that can identify you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number;
- Non-identifying information about you, such as the languages you use; and
- Technical information about your internet connection, the device you use to access the Services, and details about your usage.
We collect this information in several ways:
- Directly from you, when you give it to us (for example, when completing a form on our site);
- Automatically, as you interact with the Services — which may include IP addresses, device information, and data collected by cookies, pixels, and similar technologies; and
- From third parties, such as our business partners.
Information you provide to us may include:
- Details submitted through contact or request forms on the Services;
- Records of correspondence with us (including your email address), if you reach out;
- Responses to surveys we may ask you to complete;
- Information related to transactions you initiate through our partner offers; and
- Records of how you navigate and interact with the Services.
You may also choose to submit content that is posted publicly on the Services or transmitted to others (“User Contributions”). Anything you post publicly is at your own risk and can be read, collected, or used by others.
As you use the Services, we may automatically collect usage information that is not tied to your identity, including the pages you view, traffic data, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type. This helps us estimate audience size and usage patterns, remember your preferences, speed up searches, and recognize you when you return. You can opt out of marketing-related automated tracking by emailing info@greenllc.net.
The specific technologies we use for automatic collection include:
- Cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help us recognize returning visitors and improve the quality of our Services. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can configure yours to notify you when a cookie is sent or to refuse cookies outright. Blocking or deleting cookies may limit functionality on the Services.
- Web beacons and pixel tags. Our pages and emails may contain small electronic files that let us count visitors, track email engagement, and compile usage statistics.
5. Third-party cookies and trackers
Some content on the Services — including advertisements — is served by third parties, such as advertisers, ad networks, analytics providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies, alone or in combination, to collect information about your visits to our site and other sites over time. They may use this information to provide interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control how third parties operate their tracking technologies. If you have questions about a particular ad or piece of targeted content, contact the provider directly.
6. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting that sends a signal to websites asking them not to track your activity. Because there is no common standard for responding to these signals and because we want to provide a consistent experience across all users, our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
7. How we use your information
We use information we collect, or that you provide, for purposes that include:
- Operating the Services and presenting their contents to you;
- Providing the information, products, or services you request;
- Fulfilling any other purpose for which the information was provided;
- Sending you account-related notices, including about renewals and expirations;
- Carrying out any agreements between you and us, and enforcing our rights;
- Informing you of changes to the Services or our offerings;
- Allowing you to participate in interactive features;
- Delivering our editorial review content to you;
- Any purpose disclosed at the time you provide the information;
- Any other purpose with your consent; and
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
If you opt in to marketing, we may use your information to contact you about our own products or those of third parties that we think may interest you. You can stop receiving marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by disabling cookies used on our site, or by emailing info@greenllc.net.
8. How long we keep your data
How long we retain information depends on the type of data involved. When we no longer need information, we will delete it, anonymize it, or — where deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because the data resides in backup archives) — securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
Account information
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. We may also retain certain information as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support business operations, and continue to improve the Services. Where we keep data for service improvement, we take steps to remove elements that directly identify you.
Content you share on the Services
If your account is closed or disabled, some of the content you contributed may remain visible so that other users and the community can continue to benefit from it.
Marketing information
If you have chosen to receive marketing emails, we retain your preferences until you ask us to delete them. Information derived from cookies and similar technologies is retained for a reasonable period after it is collected.
9. EU and EEA users
Legal bases for processing
If you are an individual in the European Union or European Economic Area, we collect and process your personal information only where we have a legal basis to do so under applicable EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis depends on the Services you use and how you use them, and generally falls into one of the following:
- Performance of a contract — such as providing the Services you have requested, offering customer support, and keeping the Services secure;
- Legitimate interests that are not overridden by your own rights — such as research and development, promotion of our Services, and protection of our legal rights;
- Your consent, given for a specific purpose; or
- Compliance with a legal obligation.
All of the information described in this notice is stored in the United States.
Data Protection Officer
You can reach our data protection contact at info@greenllc.net.
Your rights as a data subject
Under applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request erasure of your personal data;
- Object to the processing of your personal data;
- Request that we restrict processing;
- Request that your data be transferred; and
- Withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@greenllc.net.
No fee in most cases
Exercising these rights is normally free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee, or refuse the request, if a request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
What we may need from you
To confirm your identity and ensure we are not disclosing data to someone with no right to receive it, we may ask for specific information when you make a request. We may also reach out for clarification to help us respond more quickly.
Response time
We try to respond to valid requests within one month. If a request is especially complex or you have made several, we may need more time; in that case, we will let you know and keep you updated.
10. When we disclose your information
We may share aggregated or de-identified information freely. We may share personal information described in this notice in the following situations:
- With our subsidiaries and affiliates;
- With contractors, service providers, and other third parties who support our business and are contractually required to keep the information confidential and use it only as directed;
- With a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction in which personal information is among the assets transferred;
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information;
- For any other purpose we disclose when the information is collected; and
- With your consent.
We may also disclose information:
- To comply with a court order, law, legal process, or government request;
- To enforce our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, or any other agreement; and
- When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Green, LLC, our users, or others — including for fraud prevention and credit-risk reduction.
11. Your choices about use and disclosure
- Marketing emails. You can review and update your marketing preferences using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- Cookies and advertising. Your browser can be configured to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being used. Disabling cookies may limit functionality on the Services.
- Promotional offers. If you do not want us to use your contact details to promote our own offerings, you can opt out when providing your information or by emailing us.
12. Third-party links
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those sites, and any information you share with them is governed by their own privacy notices. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party site before providing information. A link from our Services is not an endorsement of the destination site or its policies.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or related practices, please contact us at info@greenllc.net.
13. How we safeguard your information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and password-based encryption for data at rest. Our business practices are reviewed periodically for alignment with confidentiality and security procedures, and employee access to confidential information is limited to those who need it.
Part of the responsibility for protecting your information also rests with you. If you have been given a password for any part of the Services, keep it confidential and do not share it. Be cautious about the information you disclose in public areas of the Services, because that information may be viewed by any other user.
No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot warrant that it will be free from theft, loss, damage, or corruption. Any transmission is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures described in this notice or our Terms of Use.
14. Your rights
You have the right to know what data is collected from you, how it is used, how long it is kept, and with whom it is shared. If you have consented to a specific use, you may withdraw that consent at any time, although doing so will not affect processing that already took place. Where we rely on a legitimate interest, you can object to that use — though in some cases doing so may mean you can no longer use parts of the Services. You may also request that we transfer or erase your data.
15. Accessing or correcting your information
You can make any of the following requests about your data by emailing info@greenllc.net:
- Access and review your data;
- Correct your data or request that we delete some or all of it;
- Obtain a copy of your data in a human- and machine-readable format; and
- Restrict our use or processing of your data.
Because we use cloud infrastructure that creates regular automated backups, we may not be able to delete specific information from those backup images until they are rotated out on their normal schedule. We retain manual backups made during critical system changes for no longer than a short, defined period.
In most cases, we cannot delete your personal information without also deleting your user account. We may decline a change or deletion request if the change would violate a legal requirement or would make records inaccurate. If you delete User Contributions you have posted, cached or archived copies may remain viewable, and other users may have copied or stored them.
16. Contact information

17. Changes to this notice
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the updated notice on the Services and revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the update.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date shown at the top of this page.
